Rae Stout, MA, LPC, CCC
Rae Stout is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Career Counselor, and works as a Clinical Director at iAmClinic, a mental health clinic serving the LGBTQIA+ community. She also serves as adjunct faculty member at the University of Colorado Denver, teaching graduate level counseling courses. Rae spent over 10 years on the Colorado Career Development Association (CCDA) board, serving in roles like Secretary, Treasurer and President. Rae’s specialty is focused on career-based trauma and working with individuals with a trauma history as they navigate working and job searching.
An active member of NCDA, she has served on the former State Leadership Advisory Group (SLAG), the Government Relations committee, and most recently as co-chair of the Leadership Academy. She is also a graduate of the 2019 NCDA Leadership Academy.
Rae holds a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Denver Seminary. Her areas of interest include working with trauma, exploring the intersection of career and trauma, and the role of purpose and passion in our lives. She is passionate about intersectionality, ethics, and dismantling workplace-based oppression.
