The resources in the Guidebook are very helpful! Most internet searches result in mentoring resources for young adults, executives or other specific population. The Guidebook really helps with mentoring in our field!

Remember the KEYS to a successful mentoring program:
1. Trust
2. Open communication
3. Setting standards and expectations for the relationship
4. Adhering to responsibilities and boundaries
5. Follow program definitions and use the resources.
