2027 Conference Registration will open in December

NCDA is now offering a 30% discount on registration fees for those international registrants from countries classified lower than "High Income" by the World Bank. Please view the World Bank Country List to see if your country qualifies. If your country qualifies, please contact Natalie Scrimsher for discount information.

CHECK-IN
Once you arrive at the conference site, please find the NCDA Registration Booth and check-in. We will give you your name badge and any tickets you purchased (such as for PDIs). Please wear your name badge to ALL events.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received in writing prior to June 8 will be subject to a $50 processing fee (US funds). NO refunds will be given after June 8. If paying via purchase order, your organization will be required to fulfill the purchase order even if you do not attend. Refunds will not be given for no-shows after the conference. Cancellation requests may be emailed to Natalie Scrimsher at nscrimsher@ncda.org.

SUBSTITUTIONS
Attendee substitutions will be accepted if received in writing from the original registrant by June 8. Requests may be emailed to Natalie Scrimsher at nscrimsher@ncda.org. Registration fees will be based on substitute’s membership status.

Room Rate: $269 plus taxes.

Reservations must be made by June 4, 2027 in order to receive the group rate. Room block may fill prior to June 4, so please make your reservations in advance.
