Andrew’s personal mission is to empower and equip others with career development skills through training and clinical supervision. Currently living his mission as a Facilitating Career Development Instructor and Career Practitioner Supervision Instructor, he is passionate about providing personalised career development training and clinical supervision. Andrew is an Award-Winning Career Coach and has more than 10 years of career development experience with a wide spectrum of individuals in a multicultural setting. He has worked with more than 2,000 individuals, supporting and partnering them in their journey towards achieving their career goals. He is a proactive enthusiast when it comes to empowering others to develop their career. Andrew’s passion in career development extends beyond the individuals that he works with. He has also successfully designed and delivered career development programmes. He holds a Master of Counselling and continues to pursue new learning platforms to further expand and develop his career development skills. Andrew was also a Consultant and Associate Faculty for career counselling and life coaching at the Singapore University of Social Sciences. He is passionate about providing personalised training through Facilitating Career Development and Career Practitioner Supervision.

Tracy Lara Hilton, PhD, MBA, LPCC, CSCP, is an expert trainer, counselor educator, and career counselor with 25 years of experience training career counselors, HR professionals, career practitioners, and academic advisors. She delivers interactive, competency-based instruction enabling participants to master career guidance techniques and successfully attain certification. A Lead Career Counselor at Saudi Aramco, she provides strategic leadership on corporate-wide career development initiatives including designing and implementing career practitioner and supervisor training. Her team received the 2022 NCDA Exemplary Career Services in Business Award. Previously a tenured professor in Counselor Education and Student Affairs, she founded graduate-level certificate programs in Career and Workforce Development and Academic Advising. She also developed a career development curriculum for exploratory college students and directed a college opportunity program. Her leadership includes service on the NCDA Publications Committee, the NCDA/ACES Commission for the Preparation of Career Counselors, and the NCDA Career Development Quarterly Editorial Board. In 2024, she contributed to the NCDA Certified Supervisor of Career Practitioners (CSCP) revised curriculum. She has presented and published widely on career development, counseling, and career education. Her global perspective is shaped by professional experience in Saudi Arabia, China, Cambodia, Germany, and the United States.
