Presented by Jim Peacock on two models for helping clients make successful career transitions:Schlossberg’s Transition theory and the four factors that affect one’s ability to cope with transition: Situation, Self, Support, and Strategies. He will also introduce the Change and Choice Wheel, which is a tool to coach clients from a place of feeling stuck to moving forward.

The keynote will be DeAnna Murphy presenting on the topic of Career Evolution. As people and their work change and evolve, the fit between self and work shifts and changes. Learn how to tap into patterns and inner resources as a win/win way to help people recover the right fit to their work. In addition there will be numerous breakout sessions on a variety of relevant topics and great networking opportunities during breaks and lunch.
